Our project team recently celebrated a major milestone—the topping out of our concrete structure on the NIH SRLM Project! More than 500 tradespeople and 700 total attendees, including owners, designers and trade partners, joined us to mark the occasion. This achievement wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our teams. 700,000 work hours, 4,600 tons of rebar and 31,500 cubic yards of concrete later, we’re proud to reach this point safely and successfully! A huge thank you to all of our trades for their hard work in getting us here. We’re celebrating today, but we’re already gearing up for the next phase—building dry-in and interior buildout.
