Challenge Program Director Dan Spatz and Steering Team Member Nancy Easton to Johnson Elementary cafeteria today! The C.H.E.F. Challenge (Children’s Health through Education and Food) is on a mission to transform child nutrition by bringing scratch-cooked recipes to school cafeterias and sourcing fresh, local produce from farmers. We are building connections in cafeterias, classrooms and communities. We are especially thrilled to have Nancy Easton, Executive Director and co-founder of Wellness in the Schools, joining us from New York to visit local schools and present at the Coordinated School Health Institute in Nashville, TN this week.
