The BestPractice Day 2024 took place six weeks ago, yet we are still receiving very positive feedback and engaging in inspiring discussions. What makes BestPractice Day so special? In my opinion, it’s the combination of a conference day followed by the opportunity to visit our BestPractice Partners' companies on the second day. On the first day, we heard outstanding presentations at the conference center on topics such as Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Network Management, Digitalization/Industry 4.0, and Leadership and Change Management. Many participants learn most effectively and take away the greatest insights when they can experience firsthand what was presented in PowerPoint on the first day by visiting our BestPractice Partners on the second day and discussing with their leadership teams.
