To promote #cooperation with our Japanese colleagues from #MitsubishiMaterials and #JapanNewMetals and avoid misunderstandings, we have initiated #cultural #trainings as part of our #PostMergerIntegration. I had the privilege of starting this change of perspective with 23 of my colleagues from H.C. Starck Tungsten Powders in #Goslar this week. With #Yōkoso, a journey into our own and Japanese culture began, accompanied by Kiriko Nishiyama san from Eidam & Partner. Die Auslands-Experten. Kiriko san, thank you for the insights and reflections on the participants' various experiences with Japanese work culture, from the importance of #teamwork to certain #behaviors in meetings. This promotes harmonious #collaboration and a better understanding of the respective cultural differences. Many thanks to Julia Bender for the perfect rollout.
