Senior executives from across the Grupo ACS recently participated in an Executive Leadership Program in Madrid. Organized by ACS University in collaboration with IESE Business School, this immersive program focused on leadership challenges, with a strong emphasis on “One Group One Team,” highlighting the importance of collaboration. Participants engaged in a mix of instructor-led sessions and group activities, with valuable insights shared by key leaders including CEO Juan Santamaria. The program, spanning nine months, is designed to equip executives with the skills to lead with vision and agility in today’s globalized business landscape. It is a huge honor for the IESE facilitator team with Ana Góngora, Daniel Pascual, David Sagrista, Jorge Delgado Cerviño, José Manuel Banqueri, Russell Leigh, program director Carlos Amela and myself to accompany the seven Strategic Project Teams with members from all around the globe during the coming nine months on their way to develop future strategies that will support ACS path to One Group and industry leadership.
