Two weeks ago Stevie posts on LinkedIn she's like we're going all in on a I go to market. We're like we should we should do this with them. She happened to be in New York very was like great. I know that you guys are working on this day. I saw come to the office. We'll knock out every dream project that you have for AI and go to market in a day This past Wednesday she came, she brought Kelly head of customer success. She brought Mark there had to revoke. We had the whole team kind of put together PM wait engineers. We have CX people worked in teams to build product, all of which went live. To production to their teams that day had three different groups first yeah I outbound we gave your day starts all how do we get really personalized and outbound how do we cut through the noise a little bit. The solution was AI powered cross hunters mocked up and tailored to each prospect brand all their brand, all their logo everything. So our thought was we would catch this to the e-mail that makes the person look oh this is what it looked like. The second project tackled a critical pain point that Vantas rapidly growing sales team was facing. We are in the middle of a hiring blitz. Going from about a dozen SDR to about 85 globally, hopefully under 90 days they were wasting about 80% of their day. We're prompting but to basically give advice to the SER on how to approach communicating with this specific Finland. Later jobs done by the end of the day. We delivered a Chrome extension that provided better quality data. And fully automated the process that the SDR would take 30 minutes to do manually multiple times a day. For them to be able to leverage this to do their work, it needs it possible for us to give them real access. The final project transformed how Vanta prepares for customer business reviews, capturing what we learn about custom differing calls. There is this big divide of like all that wonderful conversation during the call and then what shows up in Salesforce is a tiny fraction of that usually using AI we're now. Analyzing call transcripts, identifying new stakeholders, even creating custom presentation decks tailored to each specific customer situation. I'm an executive report on like what is this customer's goals? And these are completely based on gold transcripts. The way we show up for our customer, so much more informed and targeted with this approach versus your standard static template. This is a wildly different customer experience in such a great way. 4:00 PM. We gathered the entire company at Clay. The Vanta team, along with their play counterparts, presented their projects to the entire company. We gave them trophies halfway through the day for like, we need to give them a prize at the end. Called up a local trophy shop down the street. We were like, hey, how fast can you make trophies in just one day? We went from ideas to in production workflows that their team is using across so many different use cases. Everyone just talks about doing things with AI. We want to actually help you do something if you're a company of. A similar or greater scale. Have similar types of need Messages on LinkedIn, e-mail us, we'll pay for it. We'll come to your office.
