How often do you follow up with your network? Whether that be following up a call with a message, following up with past placements or following up an initial reach out on LinkedIn with a reminder or going in with an opportunity, are you persistent with your reach out? If you’re not doing this, you’re purely relying on a candidate or a client to respond to that first message or call, and let’s be honest, 9 times out of 10 that’s not going to happen. The follow up is SO important to win new business. I pride myself on my persistence, and building up reliable relationships with my network because of how consistent I am with my outreach. I’d be keen to know, if you’re guilty of not following your with your network, how do you win most of your business?
