MOTD Whether it’s a dream, a thought, a desire. It’s put in your mind and heart for a reason. It’s gods way of calling you to something more. This is one side of our property in Samoa that I’m dreaming of adding value to! Here’s what I see… 1. Pool together Investment Capital 2. Renovate & Build beautiful Suites 3. Add amenities like a pool, play grounds, beach cabanas 4. Add onsite restaurant & bar with live music and island performances (LUAU) 5. Add experienced hospitality personnel who can oversee all business operations. 6. Hire and train staff. 7. Market the property like crazy 8. Ensure exceptional customer service 9. Have excursion services available like an island tour, paddle boarding, onsite transportation for guests etc 10. Honestly the list can go on but I’ll spare the reading! If something keeps coming back to your thoughts or heart follow it. You never know where it will lead but the experiences you’ll find on the journey will give you what you need in life. For me this has the potential to make an impact for myself, my family and for others.
