1dHola, estoy en busca de alguna jefatura de Getnet. La verdad tengo un reclamo. Llevo aprox un mes y medio tratando de sacar simplemente un botón de pago para integrarlo con mi página y poder vender. Y cada vez que llamo me transfieren a distintas áreas, bueno sin antes contar la misma historia una y otra vez. En resumen aún sin respuesta. Y sin tener lo que necesito. Por otro lado ya me comenzarán a cobrar desde el Banco Santander y aún no puedo vender un producto por la página. Pedí ayuda alguna jefatura por el conducto regular y me dijeron que no podían escalar porque no aplicaba. Sigo llamando y se llega cortar esperando la famosa área que corresponde sin respuesta alguna. Por último la última llamada fueron 13 min mas sin solución y me dejaron en espera de la área adecuada y se cortó!
