I always say you have a dreamer, you have someone who has the vision, who has the big picture in mind, but you need somebody who can actually execute that because sometimes that's not the same person. You could be a dreamer, you can have all these ideas, but then you have to have someone to bring you back to say, OK, these are great, but which one of these are we going to focus on? Because each of these require prioritized and require certain steps to execute them. And we can't do them all because if you're doing them all, then none of them are being done. Well, what can we focus on right now as far as those dreams? So I absolutely, I think that you have to have a visionary, you have to have a leader, but then you have. Car goes around to kind of think on these like leadership roles under kind of like the main leader of the main visionary so that you can actually execute or achieve that big dream revision.
