Showcasing a recently completed Torch on overlay. The existing asphalt roof on this St. Paul's Child and Family Care Centre in Beaumont has seen previous multiple repairs. Approximately 1400m2 of General Membrane Spa Gemini underlay and Phoenix mineral capsheet used together while using Kingspan Insulation TR24 bitumen roofing insulation that was expertly installed by Rockcastle.
