This constitutes a blatant disregard for legal boundaries and amplifies concerns about your client’s pattern of misconduct. Unlawful Contact: McNeill Chevrolet’s repeated attempts to engage me directly—despite pending legal action—are unacceptable. Harassment of My Family: Your client has also contacted my spouse, at our home. These actions jeopardize our safety and privacy, reflecting a systemic disrespect for legal and ethical standards. Criminal Impersonation & Pending Charges Lack of Response: Your office’s silence on these violations is inexcusable. Failure to address these issues risks further escalation, including formal complaints to General Motors and regulatory bodies. Immediate cessation of all contact with me and my family.
