Despite multiple prior requests for your client to cease direct contact with me—as explicitly instructed by your office—I received yet another unsolicited personal invitation today, April 11, 2025, from General Manager Mindy Mason. This constitutes a blatant disregard for legal boundaries and amplifies concerns about your client’s pattern of misconduct. Unlawful Contact: McNeill Chevrolet’s repeated attempts to engage me directly—despite pending legal action—are unacceptable. Harassment of My Family: Your client has also contacted my spouse, at our home. These actions jeopardize our safety and privacy, reflecting a systemic disrespect for legal and ethical standards. Criminal Impersonation & Pending Charges Lack of Response: Your office’s silence on these violations is inexcusable.
