You wrote an amazing article, now you need to let Google know it's live. This is how you notify Google your article needs to be indexed: 1. Go to your article's page 2. Grab the URL 3. Go to Google Search Console 4. Click on "URL inspection" 5. Select "Request indexing" to manually push the page into their system It's that simple!

GSC: Google Discovered, Currently Not Indexed Google has clarified the meaning of the Google Search Console "Discovered - Currently Not Indexed" page indexing report status. There are three main reasons you might find sites in this category: (1) Quality concerns with certain pages (2) Your server is slow for Googlebot (3) Google simply need more time to index those pages (perhaps connected to #2 above). Googlebot is aware of these pages but has chosen not to proceed with them. Google's Martin Splitt made the following suggestion: "If you care about these pages you might want to rework the content to be of higher quality and make sure your internal linking relates this content to other parts of your existing content" . https://lnkd.in/eBP6NU8W

Google has launched "Search Console Recommendations". GSC will have automated insights for crawling, indexing + performance: This was just announced today on Google's Search Central blog. For some Search Console properties, you'll be able to find recommendations in the "Overview" tab.
