Our nation's critical warfare assets are uniquely difficult to protect from cyberattacks. They are examples of large Systems of Systems (SoS) running multiple concurrent mission threads, presenting vast numbers of threat surfaces that include complex integrated systems, satellite communications links, sensor fusion platforms and many human/machine interfaces. G2 Ops has been working to address this challenge through multiple MBSE-enabled mission-focused cyber assessment developments. To learn more about G2 Ops’ innovations in this area, see the CHIPS article on “A New Cyber-Resilient Approach for Warfighting Platforms” - https://lnkd.in/gBmN-QQz If you are looking for more information on this or other cyber resilience topics, come see us at AFCEA West 2025 - Primary exhibit hall Booth #1650. This year's Polish International #Defense Industry Exhibition (MSPO) was special for us. Our partner Wojskowy Instytut Łączności im. prof. J. Groszkowskiego showcased the project called #5gSTAR focused on developing advanced methods and techniques for detecting and mitigating attacks on access infrastructure and 5G applications. We've been involved in the R&D since the beginning, partnering also with Poznan University of Technology and Rimedo Labs and backed by the National Center for Research and Development. Key components of the 5gSTAR system include: ✅ Proprietary detectors for industrial #SCADA, networks, IIoT and 5G access networks ✅ Supplementary detectors ✅ Monitoring system Our team was involved mostly in the development of a monitoring system based on the Elastic Stack, supplemented with proprietary mitigation instruction extensions developed based on TTP (Tactics, Techniques, Procedures) models from MITRE FiGHT and ATT&CK. 👉 More about the 5gSTAR project: https://5gstar.pl/ #cybersecurity #5G #OpenRAN
