Future of Health (FOH)’s Post

We’re thrilled to announce that 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, one of the two FOH research topics in 2025, will be led by these two distinguished FOH members: Dr. Matthew Shaw joined Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust as Medical Director in March 2018, becoming Chief Executive later that year. Previously at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and BUPA Health Services, he's a consultant spinal surgeon with a 23-year NHS tenure. Mat advocates for high-quality accessible care and innovative partnerships. He's also involved with Genomics England and co-chairs the Children's Health Alliance. Dr. Kevin Tabb is the President and CEO of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), overseeing the integration of member organizations to enhance patient care. Previously CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and the Chief Medical Officer at Stanford Hospital & Clinics. Kevin's early career included roles at GE Healthcare IT and in clinical data management. Originally from Berkeley, he served in the Israeli Defense Forces and trained at Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School. We sincerely appreciate your leadership in spearheading this research. Your expertise and dedication are invaluable in advancing this critical field.
