Upskilling and reskilling existing groups, while empowering youth as a green workforce, will be key to unlocking this potential.
Thank you for an insightful post Max Kaiser! A quick look at the UNIDO website tells me that Engineering & Technical, Science, Operation management and monitoring skills are listed in the Green General Skill Index. As a graduate student in energy engineering, I wonder how I can contribute to the green workforce by applying my current skills and also learn the other ones on the list. I'd be happy if you could share some insights!
