Born out of my own experiences as a nurse, where I witnessed the nursing shortages firsthand, KYND started as a vision to make a real difference. Over time, it has evolved into something so much more. This journey isn’t about me—it’s about the amazing team that surrounds me and the shared mission we’re all so passionate about. Together, we’ve built something truly special. This year, KYND has entered a new chapter, and I’m excited to announce our powerful partnership with Vybrant Global. Together, we’re expanding our impact by offering unparalleled workforce training that helps healthcare professionals find the right opportunities and ensures that healthcare facilities receive top-tier workforce solutions. One thing will never change: we will always be a boutique firm, and no matter how much we grow, we will continue to prioritize a personal approach, focusing on the nurses we work with and the healthcare organizations we partner with to create meaningful and lasting relationships. For those who know me personally, you know I’m the last person to be on any type of social media. I’m pretty old school—I prefer in-person meetings and have always been quite traditional in my approach. But I felt that now was the right time to share this moment with all of you. To the incredible people who have supported me along the way, from my team, to my family, clients, nurses and the connections within my network who took a chance on me—thank you. Your belief in this mission has meant everything. This journey hasn’t been easy. We’ve faced failures and challenges, but with each came a valuable lesson. I believe every setback is an opportunity to grow. While the lessons were hard, they’ve shaped who I am today. I’m grateful for the growth, and as I continue to evolve, I’m excited for what’s to come and eager to share it with you all. My goal remains to make as much impact as I can during my time on this earth.
