The first step has already been taken with the installation of a compact food-grade Bigbag FLEX machine. A machine featuring screw dosing that offers the following benefits: ⚙️ Built-in vibrating function for improved fill density, reduced air inclusion, and a more efficient filling process 🛡️ Reliable product protection through the use of food-grade materials ⚖️ Calibrated weighing control What’s next? I couldn't be prouder of the TempAid team and what we've developed! I'm holding in my hands our new SpeedyPac Chilled Cold Chain Envelope Mailer, the only envelope mailer on the market with integrated PCM that self-conditions using frozen gels. Reflecting on my early days in cold chain logistics, I remember sweating frozen gels to ensure they were at the right temperature, combining fridge-temperature gels, frozen gels, and even ambient ones. I can't believe how cumbersome this process was and how large the boxes were for courier-type shipments. It's astonishing to see how far TempAid has pushed the limits of cold chain packaging. With SpeedyPac Chilled, you simply take two frozen gels straight from the freezer—no bench time or waiting—and place them into the envelope. The integrated PCM5 is powered by the frozen gels to dial in the payload area to a perfect 2-8 degree range. Moments like this allow me to bring the best solutions to my clients, and I couldn't be prouder to be doing what I do!
