Last week, we celebrated our much-anticipated Fortress Annual Dinner over two incredible nights with a fun retro theme as we celebrated the 50th anniversary of Fortress! The event was packed with memorable highlights, including: 🎉 50th Anniversary Celebration: Every staff member was given a special Fortress-themed Rubik's Cube as a token of appreciation and a reminder of our incredible journey together. 🏆 70+ Long Service Awards: We honored over 70 dedicated employees for their long-standing commitment and contributions to Fortress. 🏅 Yearly Store Awards: Congratulations to the winning store for their outstanding performance throughout the year! 🎤 Staff Talent Show: For the first time ever, we hosted a talent show featuring 12 amazing performances by our talented staff. From singing to dancing, our colleagues showcased their incredible skills and creativity, making the night even more special. 🎁 Surprise Performances: A big thank you to our management team and operations manager team for their surprise performances that added another wave of excitement to the evening.
