A student-led 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, based in New Jersey, and backed by a board of trustees with a collective experience of more than 45 years in technology, risk, analytics, and business management, which strives to empower our community to mitigate the risks posed by Mercury-filled bulbs. We aim to raise awareness in regards to the dangers of incorrect disposal of mercury-filled light bulbs, especially Compact Fluorescent Bulbs, and also to act as a means for people to properly dispose of their waste bulbs by conducting drives. I'm curious if there are any mechanical engineers out there who would like to brainstorm on an interventional solution for coral reef bleaching. I have an idea but need help with creating a cost-effective, seaworthy design. The problem of coral bleaching is enormous and is getting worse every year — if the thought of helping the reefs excites you, please reach out to me. PGDA can run efficiently to preserve items worldwide by following a digital-first and democratized, crowd-sourced model. To keeping the site running, the average cost is $6k per semester. Another step on the mission to close the UK STEM skills gap! We are proud to be supported by Alpha Construction Ltd for the 2025 race season. The laptops donated by Tony will enable each race team to be responsible for collecting and analysing their own race data.
