Another #throwbackthursday post.. this time for a property case study on our 3rd ever deal that gave us an ROI of over 100% 🙌 💷 Purchased for £73k in October 2018 👔 Legal and Stamp Duty cost £4k 🔨 Refurb cost £10k and Lease Extension 7k 🤩 Revalued at £120k in June 2019 and further advance loan completed Rented on Airbnb for approx £2k pcm. After further advance on existing mortgage only left 5k in the deal. Short Lease Flats are always an easy one for adding value. We purchased this property cheaply because there was only 59 years left on the lease but the freeholder allowed us to have a 90-year extension on completion for just £7k.
