How did she get into recruitment? What's her favourite part of the FMC benefits package? What does her typical 'Reactive Day' look like?
We sat down with Charlotte Clancy from our Medical Technology team to ask about her time at FMC as well as the biggest question of all, who is her favourite FMC dog? 🐕
I saw a post on Adam's Instagram. At the time I was working for my husband's mortgage company and to be honest, I just wanted to do something a bit more exciting and here we are. Cats over dogs any day of the week. But if I had to choose, it's always gonna be Friday. One of the benefits I have recently used is Medicash. Had a toothache on a Saturday, impossible to get through to the NHS dentist so up to an appointment through the app and within a couple of hours I had someone biotics. And it's the one day a week I get to the school room with my son. So get up, do the school run and and do some washing, cleaning, general chores. Super boring, but it gets it done for the weekend. And if there's anything I need to react to, emails, calls, etcetera, I've got my phone on me to do that. I think recruitment in general, I think a lot of people don't really fully understand it and I know my mum certainly has no idea. I'd ask her once about a camera stack she used in hospital or was at the hospital and it was only the other week she asked me if I was still selling cameras. So yeah, my family have no idea.
