This initiative is about more than just processes—it's about teamwork, communication, and shared goals. Our success relies on collaboration and a collective mindset that puts quality at the heart of everything we do. 🔍 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: When everyone is aligned—across design, manufacturing, delivery, and beyond—we’re able to maintain the highest standards in every project we touch. 📅 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤’𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑𝟏𝐬𝐭: Day one kicked off with a team-wide Toolbox Talk, the official launch of Quality Week, and a deep dive into KPIs, defect trends, and customer feedback. 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝐬𝐭: Day two will feature an in-depth quality presentation, live demos on repair products, and hands-on training in resin injection for chamber repairs—reinforcing our focus on continuous improvement and technical excellence. 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝐧𝐝: Day three focused on practical learning, with a mould oil application demo and two insightful “Lessons Learnt” workshops where Project Managers shared real site challenges and improvement strategies. 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟑𝐫𝐝: Day four combined tech and teamwork, with an Ecat system update presentation followed by a cracking good time during our Hall 3 Egg Challenge! 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟒𝐭𝐡: We’ll then wrap up Quality Week 2025 with a valuable customer perspective from a valued customer, and celebrate our competition winners and the outstanding individuals recognised in our Qualities of People Awards! 🏆👏
