Our commitment to service goes beyond banking, It's about making a lasting difference in the communities we call home. In 2024, we strove to do that in a variety of ways. Our employees logged more than 6100 hours of volunteerism, packing and delivering meals to people in need, raking leaves, picking up trash, serving on volunteer boards, and so much more. As an organization, FIBT made more than $5,000,000 worth of charitable contributions across our four state footprint. We help the West Fargo Public Library take its services on the road with a year round mobile library. We supported youth athletics, helping fund an ice resurfacer for the McKenzie County Hockey Club and the scoreboard and scorers table at The Nest, the new home of Staples Motley High School sports in rural Minnesota. And we pitched in funds on Giving Hearts Day to help the hospital in Elgin, ND purchase much needed supplies and equipment for patients. 2024 also marked the 10th anniversary of our Low First Community Giving Campaign, a program which has awarded more than $250,000 in grants to nonprofits and community projects. As part of the milestone year, we awarded more grant money than ever before, $63,000. 21 recipients, including a $20,000 grand prize awarded to Call to Freedom. This South Dakota based nonprofit provides resources and support for victims of human trafficking. They're using the funds to establish a crisis response center. It's so vitally needed to in the 1st 24 or 72 hours to meet those basic needs and provide safety. We're just really excited by the prospect of that and what that funding can do for that arm of our programming. Whether it's funding critical community programs, supporting nonprofit partners, or rolling up our sleeves to serve, we believe that true success is measured not just in financial growth, but in the positive impact we create together.
