The fintech industry is far more diverse than when I began my career nearly 20 years ago – but there’s still more work to do. At a time when companies are rolling back DEI policies, I want to remind everyone that diversity isn’t just a target – it’s a business strength. To truly build inclusive workplaces, we must break down systemic barriers like biased promotion structures, lack of mentorship, and outdated perceptions that women must prove themselves more.
