I've noticed after applying for entry-level jobs, they have been asking for 3-5 years of experience, top-notch skills, and knowledge of how everything works. It feels like they are saying "You need experience to GET a job" "You may ENTER after you worked 3-5 years" Isn't that the opposite of entry-level jobs? You're supposed to learn and grow with those. You're not supposed to be hiring an experienced worker. Give us the opportunity to gain experience

Hiring managers need to start hiring based on who people could be if given the right chance and training. Otherwise, if they only hire based on what people already have, then growth will never come - for the individual or company.
