At Femmi, we imagine a world where women gain confidence in themselves through movement that is mentally and physically sustainable, improves their performance and allows them to FEEL good. We know that for many women runners, race start lines are incredibly motivating but at the same time, terrifying. Common start line questions are "Am I ready for this?" "Do I belong here?" "Have I done enough (or the right) training?" "What if I don't hit my goal?" Launching FEMMI RACE FOCUSES. An in-depth journey with Femmi to your next start line. We will provide each individual a personalized and specific plan for your race course (built for your ability, running experience and female physiology), guided coach content from both Esther and myself, and supported medical sessions led by our incredible women's health team of experts. With Femmi, women will be lacing up for their next race with the confidence they need to reach their goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Why did we create WhichWeight? Our mission has always been to bring cutting edge performance training techniques to maximize athletic potential. Over the last decade we crushed that mission time and time again, elevating some of the best athletes in the world. We have taken the experience, knowledge and proven methods and carefully packaged them into WhichWeight. Our definition of "strength": HUMAN MOVEMENT CAPACITY TRAINING. We are on a mission to change the landscape to fluidly integrate "strength" in endurance sport training. This isn't just a software. This is a movement. Our humble offering to the sports we love so much.

A lot of people asked me recently what the plans are with NXTG Racing. We are not ready yet to explain everything what we are about to do but I am very happy and honored that there are a bunch of great partners who want to share our story. NXTG Racing NXT level Developing a next generation of champions has to be done according to the best guidelines. A clear pathway for riders, staff and parents. In a nutshell: We are writing a handbook with learning paths according to the science behind LTAD (long term athlete development). Science, research, and years of experience all point to the same thing: kids and adults will get active, stay active, and even reach the greatest heights of sport achievement if they do the right things at the right times. This is the logic behind the Long-Term Development Framework (LTD). Our performance team with coaches, doctors and sports psychologists are determined to create a sustainable approach of developing a new generation of healthy riders. And what if we would share this with U19 teams from countries without a real cycling culture? Curious which riders and staff will join our U19 program and what the whole project is all about? Stay tuned…. #unlockyourpotential #werisebyliftingothers #developmentfirst #creatingourownlegacy

👀 THE STRIDE PARABOLA One of the many things that Coach Pfaff speaks about is the importance of understanding the stride ‘parabola’. This graphic, from tour Need for Speed Course, does a good job of portraying it — but why is it important? PS. This is an accurate Kinogram. The athlete has a stride length at maxV of ~ 250cm. This graphic shows two steps. 🌐 https://loom.ly/qD5f6rE

Who do we work with? For the majority, we work with youth athletes looking to become the best athlete and human they can be. Our program emphasizes both with the HUMAN part coming first. Do you have to be an athlete to join? Heck no, but your training will resemble that of performance at all times! #BuildingStrongerHumans #HansenAthletics #Idaho #Pocatello #Speed #Strength #StrengthandConditioning

This new paper from Hartpury University finds ‘encouraging signs of successful MDT (multi-disciplinary team) workings around saddle fit for horse and rider, and identifies further opportunities for therapists, coaches, and fitters to work effectively together for earlier intervention to benefit horse and rider. The table shows the percentage of responses from saddle fitters, therapists and coaches when answering three questions: Do you make an assessment of saddle fit? Do you ask your client about the qualification of the person who fitted their saddle? Do you ask your clients when they last had their saddle fitted? The Full report is found here - The Role of Equestrian Professionals in Saddle Fit for Horses and Riders in the United Kingdom https://lnkd.in/e9jwa8zf What were the most striking findings in the paper for you? #saddlefitter #therapists #coaches #communication #multidisciplinaryteam #equineresearch Hartpury University and Hartpury College Society of Master Saddlers CENTAUR BIOMECHANICS LIMITED The Worshipful Company Of Loriners The Worshipful Company Of Saddlers
