At the current pace, gender parity won’t be reached until 2158—five generations from now. This year’s International Women's Day theme, #AccelerateAction, aligns with our commitment at Fagron to drive faster change. As part of our ESG strategy, we have set clear targets for gender balance in leadership: ✅ 50/50 male-female distribution in all management roles by 2025 ✅ At least one-third of senior management positions held by women (goal reached in 2021 with 34.1%) To achieve this, we invest in leadership development, mentorship, and inclusive policies. One key initiative is our #FemaleMentorshipProgram, which connects aspiring women leaders with experienced mentors to foster growth and leadership development. While we’ve made great progress, there’s always more work to do. #Together, we will continue to build a future that is truly diverse, inclusive, and equitable for all.
