I'm at week 3 of my mission to raise $200M for founders in the next 12 months. This week, we started our email outreach for Series A tech founders. The goal is to find the right fit clients who want to raise Series A in the next 3-4 months without: ✅ Spending countless hours on investor outreach ✅ Struggling to create compelling pitch decks ✅ Managing investor relations alone We are also refining our real estate capital-raising process. Our funnel is in the design phase, and we will be recording a few VSL and ad creatives soon. Meanwhile, I’ll be hiring an operational manager for my team. Last week, I spent close to 4-5 hours each day in the review process, which is counterproductive. With an operational manager, my review time will decrease, allowing us to focus on partnerships and growth. Another partner, equally excited about these prospects, is working closely to increase our "in pocket cap raise partners." These investors will exclusively pay attention to the deals we bring to the table. Of course, our reputation is on the line, and soon I’ll disclose the names. Exciting stuff is happening.
