The pushback on reducing human touchpoints is an interesting development in casual dining. It will be so interesting to see what will be learned in the next 12 months about customer sentiment by using data analytics and AI to assess the massive amounts of data that already exists. Restaurant demographics span five generations, and each segment's needs and wants are unique and variable.
