For EZRA coach Karen Dixon, coaching a veteran wasn’t just meaningful. It was an honor. Her experience showed just how much coaching can offer those who have dedicated their lives to serving others.
For veterans, transitioning to civilian life is about more than finding a job. It’s about rediscovering purpose. With the right support, they can turn their leadership and resilience into new opportunities.
Through our partnership with Simon Sinek, we’re offering free coaching to 1,000 US veterans to help them take their next step with confidence.

Because it was an honor for me to be able to, to coach someone who had given their career, their life to the American public. You know, they have served our government and to be able to give back to them just it was an honor for me and to realize that we really do have something as coaches to offer them. So I, I would say what it was exciting is to be able to do this for more. I, I just had this one experience, but it was so positive for both of us that I know there's a real need out there. And they, I just don't think our military is aware of what coaches could actually provide to them. And I don't think coaches are really aware about how much we could actually give back. So I'm excited about the marriage and I hope that, you know, everybody else gets to experience such a positive relationship that I had with mine.
