What is ViennaUp? ViennaUP is a city-wide festival of entrepreneurship and innovation, created by the startup community for the world. Internally, metrics help focus and inspire teams on a handful (or single) goal(s), and give license to defer the many daily distractions. Metrics set scale, which allow leads to deprioritize activities that can't drive enough scale or speed. Internal metrics can/should be totally different from the external marketing metrics.
