Hello, I am a successful seller on Etsy and have been waiting for a response from your customer service team since October 2024, you have admitted fault due to a technical error on your site but have not removed reviews directly related to this error, nor have you offered a resolution. My stats have fallen because of this and I am no longer a star seller or meeting standards. I pay for a service and I have not received said service. I would really like a resolution but I am at loss as to where to go next, you offer no recourse or help. Please contact me. Thanks Joanna

1moGreat insights in this video, I truly appreciate Etsy’s efforts in improving security and platform evaluation. However, I am deeply saddened that my store of three years was permanently closed. While I respect Etsy’s policies, I feel helpless as I haven’t been able to communicate with anyone regarding the funds still held in my account.
