The most powerful thing that you can have as a leader in the company, especially when you own it, is. Patience, judgment and and mercy. Because people are going to make mistakes. And you have to be able to realize that it's acceptable. It's a level of errors and mistakes. They they are going to happen. And some of it may be, some of it may cost you money. But you also have to make sure that you keep your focus on the overall objectives when it comes to doing business. And as long as people are willing to correct themselves, then I think everything will work out in the end. But I think overall most people. Are forgiving. And I think as a leader, you just have to keep that in mind.
