Last week, members of the Estonian Academy of Sciences, 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐢 𝐌ä𝐥𝐤𝐬𝐨𝐨 and 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐞, participated in a joint international conference of the Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Hamburg and the Baltic Academies of Sciences, "Current and Future Security Architecture for the Baltic States and Europe“. Lauri Mälksoo's presentation focused on the Baltic experiences and views on Russia and international law. Tarmo Soomere introduced the keynote speech by 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐣𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝, Member of the European Parliament for Estonia, titled " Security architecture for the Baltic States and Europe: A view from Tallinn and Brussels".
