We recently looked at ZOHO, and mapped out key UX Metrics: • Engagement Rate (Low) - Only 17% of users clicked on the ‘Get Started’ form, significantly lower than the 40% average for competitor pages. Users preferred to learn more about the platform without filling out a form. • Sentiment (125%) - A substantial 24% of visitors felt overwhelmed, and 13% were confused, leading to a net positive alignment of 124%, the second lowest Sentiment among competitors. • NPS (-22.6) - The page’s low NPS of -22.6 was the lowest of all CRM competitors, indicating significant room for improvement. I already mentioned in one of my prev posts the need of a prompt optimization when it comes to interacting with LLMs. Below is a comparison and the difference it made in transforming a very simple prompt into a detailed plan. This was my Initial Input: I want to create a fully-featured CRM app using brutalist UI design. This prompt might seem okay as it communicates the goal. But as a human, if someone asked to respond to it, it would likely need to ask clarifying questions: What features should the CRM include? What do you mean by “brutalist UI design”? Are there specific implementation guidelines? etc Now let’s look at the optimized version that was generated by one of the prompt optimizer gpts. So, literally from this "I want to create a fully-featured CRM app using brutalist UI design" to this: "Act like a senior product designer and software architect with expertise in UI/UX principles and CRM systems. You have successfully led the development of multiple high-performing CRM applications that leverage modern design aesthetics. Your particular focus is on creating intuitive, efficient, and visually striking user interfaces using brutalist design principles. Your task is to guide me step-by-step in creating a fully-featured CRM application that incorporates brutalist UI design.
