Penn State University has announced its university-wide partnership with the SkillBridge program, an initiative of the United States Department of Defense (DOD) which helps active military members serving in the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy and Space Force transition to the civilian sector in the final 180 days of active duty.
