Last week, the iplicit team gathered for our annual summer get-together, and it was celebrations all around! We set some ambitious goals and are thrilled to report that we’ve achieved targets ahead of schedule, celebrating our 6th consecutive year of over 100% growth year on year. I love these company get-togethers for three reasons: Team Spirit: There’s nothing quite like seeing the whole team come together, sharing successes, and setting new challenges. It's a testament to the incredible dedication and hard work of everyone at iplicit. Our collective effort is driving our exceptional growth and innovation. Future Focus: These events energise and inspire us all. Reflecting on our achievements while looking ahead to new opportunities ensures we stay motivated and aligned with our vision. Team B Nidhi Shukla Aditi Saxena Vasu Kalra Farha Khan Kirti Maheshwari Siya Negi Vinayak Rajpurohit Rishabh Dixit Ankit, emerged as the champions, a result of unwavering dedication and stellar teamwork. Each member lifted the other, demonstrating the incredible outcomes possible when we unite towards a common goal. A special congratulations to Farha Khan , who stood out as the Performer of the Month! Another Konsileocon over and done, and honestly I think it was the best one yet. As someone who has personally brought in so many of the people in the room, it’s really wonderful to see them all together in one place, all thriving - and all contributing to make Konsileo thrive, too. Because it really is all of us together that makes Konsileo so special. You’re not a lone ranger here, you’re part of a team - one that’s specifically designed to support you, boost you, and amplify you. We give you the tools and tech to do the job properly, and we pool our collective expertise so it can all be put to use for our clients. Part of the point of getting together at these events is precisely for us to share knowledge - and shape where we’re going and how we’re getting there. For me, some of the highlights came on the second day, working as a team to hone our peer review systems, evolve our Virtual Team Contracting collaboration platform, and show-off our marketing and pitching skills. Of course, I also loved hearing all of the company updates, and seeing everyone speed networking - making more of the connections that will drive more and better outcomes when we’re all back in our home offices/regional hubs. Thanks to everyone who came along, especially the external insurance partners who presented on their markets and risk appetites.
