Endeavour Mining’s Post

A key challenge in developing a robust diversity and inclusion strategy is identifying and addressing the specific barriers that exist within both our business and industry. Last year, we launched #WomenAtEndeavour, a programme tailored specifically to address the unique challenges faced by our female colleagues. Co-designed with input from over 500 female employees, it focuses on enhancing health and well-being - particularly at our sites - and advancing career development. Early results show this initiative is already making a tangible difference. But we are just getting started. In 2025, we will introduce additional initiatives aimed at driving even more impactful change. #AcceleratingAction - the theme for International Women's Day 2025 - is not just a slogan. It is our commitment. #IWD2025 #WomenAtEndeavour #DiversityInclusion
