Hello, my name is Emerson Sabot and I'm the director for Customer and Industry Innovation that enabled. At Enabled, we are passionate about giving our customers and our people to do things that they've never done before and hence creating innovative industry specific offerings is embedded in our DNA. We have a customer base in New Zealand who talked to us about their challenges for a manually driven process regarding vehicle crossing or driveway construction applications. Because it was paper based and manually driven, it had given them multiple challenges. Started with the customer experience because aside from the fact that their customers had to manually fill out a paper form, they had no visibility after submitting their application. They they did not have any visibility into their backlog, into their volumes, into their service levels, which meant that they were unable to provide a good and timely outcome to their constituents. Their employees had a bad experience because they had to fill out paper forms and manually transcribed into information into multiple siloed systems and through working with them and code designing and collaborating with them with code designed these solution that leverage multiple capabilities of the service Now platform. It started with the citizen facing portal that gave the citizens of New Zealand the ability to not just submit their request in the digital formats. But also have them the ability to update it and be updated on the regular status. That's the process is going through. We've implemented a workflow driven case process that allowed them to streamline and orchestrate the assignment of different tasks across various internal and external stakeholders. Because part of this process required someone to be going on sites with leverage the capability of the field service application that allows their. They're they're audit agents, their field audit agents to be able to use the Now Agent mobile app to automatically input their information directly into a digital format that fed automatically into the workflow that also allowed them to automatically generate the outcomes, the letters and the certificates throughout this end to end certification process. This simple yet innovative solution has given the organization a lot of benefits aside from now getting 100% visibility on the end to end process. It helped them understand the volumes of work. It helped them understand their service levels that now allows them to feed this information into continuous improvement activities.
