We’re really happy to share an exciting new initiative at EMED Group - a collaborative project involving our Governance and Comms teams - the rollout of specially designed communication flashcards across our fleet of ambulances. 🚑 These flashcards are a game changer for patients who find it challenging to communicate verbally. By using simple language and visual cues, they help patients convey their needs, ensuring clarity, safety and trust between them and our ambulance crews.
