🌱 Alternative Proteins for a Sustainable Future 🌍 Last week, I had the honor of participating in the International Conference on Alternative Proteins for Food and Feed, organized by the prestigious German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung). This event brought together innovation, science, and sustainability to explore the future of food and feed. I had the opportunity to present a poster on Foodborne pathogens in Plant-Based alternative foods, sharing the results of my research and engaging with experts, academics, and professionals from around the world. 💡 It was inspiring to witness the passion and dedication driving the development of alternative proteins—an essential field to tackle global challenges such as food security, climate change, and the growing demand for sustainable resources. Thank you to the BfR and all the organizers for creating such a stimulating and collaborative platform.
