Our friends at Golf.com put out their 2024-2025 list of "America’s best golf you can play." This is a list built of courses accessible to the everyman. The Dunes, again, finished inside the top-100, finishing at #28. As a semi-private destination, this statement by Ran Morrissett fits our perspective perfectly: "Some of these courses...are, in fact, private, but they allow outside play under certain conditions. At GOLF, we love this model. After all, it has served U.K. clubs for more than a century. For those lucky enough to belong to clubs like these, the revenue from outside play helps keep membership costs in check. Most important, these open policies allow course lovers to sample more of the game’s sublime works of art. The three London golf courses owned by The Bridgedown Group, The Shire London, Inspiration Club and The West London Golf Centre, have joined forces to introduce of a points-based pass that will give golfers access to all three venues. The motivation behind this new style of membership is to adapt to the changing habits of golfers since the pandemic. “Golf membership is changing, and so are the needs of golfers, so rather than sit still, we decided to adapt by offering a new flexible membership,” explains Tony Menai-Davis. “There is a section of the golfing community that doesn’t want to pay large joining fees or heavy subscriptions and be tied down to a traditional membership.  The beauty of our flexible format is that golfers can now choose from three superb golf courses that are different, yet equally exciting.  A flexible membership doesn’t tie them down and won’t make them feel guilty for not getting value out of a normal membership structure.” The Bridgedown Collection flexible membership is points-based, with each tee time booking assigned a value according to the day of the week, time of day, and choice of course.

Palm Beach County Golf on Noteefy 🔔 in the last 12 months: $1.1m+ in tee time revenue captured, over $600,000 inside 48 hours, 9,000+ golfers signed up, 20k+ rounds booked.... 🤯 When Eric Garber and I started talking a year ago about Palm Beach County Golf, and the levels of both demand and cancellations across their four courses, I never could have imagined this level of Noteefy adoption less than a year later.
