Today marks a significant moment in our journey as a company. With an agreement to sell our Maritime Commercial Business at a high valuation, we have achieved two major financial outcomes: eliminating our debt and considerably enhancing our cash position. This transaction not only strengthens our balance sheet but also gives us a unique opportunity to double down on our long-term vision. As VP of Engineering at Spire serving Spire Maritime as one of the BUs in my Charter, I am proud to see how the value and capabilities we built helped create a substantial opportunity for growth, both for Kpler under new ownership and for us as we invest more fully in our remaining business units. The high valuation achieved is a testament to the dedication, innovation, and customer impact that each of us has contributed over the years. Today we announced an agreement to a sell our maritime business to Kpler. With the proceeds of the sale, we intend to eliminate debt and invest in near-term growth opportunities, including enhancing our data analytics and radio frequency geolocation solutions. This move further focuses Spire on our core mission: improving life on Earth with data from space by providing solutions to help tackle climate change and global security challenges. We are excited to share the details of RRA Capital's recent closing, the acquisition of an industrial property in Waycross, GA. Built in 2004, the property consists of 217,000-sf on over 40 acres of land. The sponsor plans to use RRA’s follow-on funding to lease the property to one or two tenants. Possible improvements include connecting the building to the Georgia rail network. RRA provided an $11MM non-recourse, interest-only loan, with two extension options. The loan provided funding to refinance the existing debt and a follow-on facility for capital expenditures and leasing expenses.
