Job Description: Wireline General Field Engineer for Kuwait, Interested candidate sent CV at hrm@techwysh.com Role Objective: The primary responsibility of General Field Engineers/Technicians is to deliver high quality services to our clients and be an example of leadership in his work. He is responsible for ensuring that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete. He is directly responsible for the quality of service delivered at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation is up to standard. He is in charge of his operating cell and is responsible for the training and development of personnel assigned to his cell and for the maintenance status of his assigned equipment. Minimum Competencies (qualification, knowledge, experience, capabilities, abilities, skills, etc) : •       5+ Years’ Experience in Wireline Logging operations, Preferred from Top 4 International Service Companies •       To be able to run all available services the company can provide in all locations. •       Leadership attitude towards Service Quality, health, safety and the environment. •       Ability to communicate and attend to client requests in a timely manner. •       Ability to control assigned FEs/FSs & crew performance at all time. •       10K WHE Pressure Control Certification. •       Train the Trainer Certification. •       Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) •       BSC of Engineering or Relevant •       The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations •       Willingness to work & perform in high demanding environment conditions. •       Ability to perform under time constraints •       Good communication skills and strong personality Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly to the work environment
