We had to make the difficult decision to cancel our 30th Annual E-Z-GO Golf Classic this year due to the impact of Hurricane Helene on our community. However, thanks to our amazing participants and sponsors for their continued support, we were able to still make donations today! We proudly presented First Tee-Aiken and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta each with a donation of $34,000 to assist with their programs for children in our communities. Thank you to all who helped make this possible!

We grow for good. It’s a core value at our company. We want to be the best, but we want to do a lot of good along the way. Watching this hurricane coverage? Worried about the people you know? What are you doing to help? There are plenty of amazing organizations out there, but the Guaranteed Rate Foundation will be matching every dollar donated with another dollar with 100% of the donations going directly to helping and rebuilding. All expenses of the foundation are covered by the company and all donations go directly to those who need it. You donate $100 and it automatically becomes $200 with the match. Can’t donate? Good Morning SACDS! Many of you have reached out and asked how you can help your colleagues, classmates, and friends, effected by the horrific wildfires in Southern California. The CDA Foundation has set a special fund just to help members and their teams who need assistance due to the fires. Donation instructions are below. Let’s show our dental family in LA that SACDS is here for them. The Foundation has opened the Southern California Wildfire Relief Fund to help our colleagues and community members displaced by this disaster. The fund is now accepting monetary donations from anyone who wishes to support this effort, and one hundred percent of your tax-deductible donation will go toward those in need. How to donate: Specify the amount of your donation. Select the frequency of your donation (one-time). Choose “Southern California Wildfire Relief Fund” from the drop-down menu. Fill in the remaining fields and select “continue” to proceed with payment. (Volume-related delays are impacting page load times. If you experience a delay, try refreshing the page. Once you submit payment, do not close the window until you see a payment confirmation message which will include a link to your payment receipt. An email receipt will be sent within two business days.) https://lnkd.in/g9CXSTxh

First and foremost, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by Hurricane Helen. For those looking to help, please take this important step first: Verify that the organization you intend to donate to is legitimate. Many scammers exploit such crises to take advantage of generous donations. To confirm the credibility of a charity, visit these three websites: - IRS.gov - CharityNavigator.org - GuideStar.org These resources will give you the information you need. If the organization isn't well-known, take the time to research them before making a donation! #HurricaneHelen #DisasterRelief #SupportSurvivors #GiveBack #CharityCheck #HelpHurricaneVictims #DonorAwareness #LegitCharities #DisasterAid #CommunitySupport
