I'm thrilled to be speaking at the AVMA convention this weekend! Over the course of the event, I'll be leading several thought-provoking sessions. First up is "Accountability Isn't a Four-Letter Word: How to Get Your Team to Do the Things You Wish They Would Do" - we'll dive into strategies for promoting accountability and ensuring your team meets expectations. Another session is "What If I'm Not a Good Doctor? Ten Liberating Realities I Wish I Knew 25 Years Ago," where we'll confront self-doubt and imposter syndrome head-on. Too many of us struggle with feelings of inadequacy, so I'm looking forward to an honest discussion with practical tips. Finally, I'll be presenting "Hey Doc, Great Medicine Equals Good Business. So Put On Your Business Hat So You Can Deliver Better Care and Make More Money." We'll explore how entrepreneurial thinking allows you to run a thriving practice while staying true to your medical passion.
