Tyler: I've always been tinkering and then I turned it into my job... 'cause why not? I would not have known about this if my Work Coach wasn't this awesome. He was very in tune with my needs. I'm what you'd call 'neurospicy' - got diagnosed at 16 with autism - I had real difficulty in interviews to begin with, just trying to come across as not crazy, because passion can sometimes be confused for that. Where can you go to get experience, if the bottom level jobs want experience? You're really caught out there, so we help people bridge that gap. Rachel: So what we find helps the most is offering a tailored approach to each claimant. Whilst they can do the job - and are probably fantastic at the job - they just need to make those small changes to allow them to... to thrive in that environment. Tyler: It's very easy to get up and come to work every day. I'm in this unique position where I'm supporting people who are in the position I was, when I was unable to work. I mean, yeah, it feels good, it feels good to come full circle like that.
