🚨Customer harassment, Abuse & religious and ethical Violation by Domino's and Swiggy 🚨 On 12-Apr-25, I ordered 3 pure vegetarian dishes from Domino's (Order# 12) via Swiggy (Order# 203409612075303). Instead, I was delivered non-veg tacos! As a strict vegetarian by religion, ethics, and personal choice, this is an outrageous violation. I unknowingly consumed it, vomited instantly, and was horrified to discover meat inside. Swiggy Escalation Team (Vaishnavi) refused to help despite a 1-hour long escalation. Domino’s gave an invalid contact number and later tried blaming me when I informed Pranshu Rastogi citing missing veg/non-veg labels. No apology, no accountability. This is clear criminal negligence and a gross insult to my religious beliefs. Under IPC Sections 295A and 420, this is punishable. I demand immediate answers from Swiggy CEO Sriharsha M. and Domino’s CEO Sameer Khetarpal. What’s the cost of abusing customer faith and trust? I will not stay silent. I demand justice, accountability, and formal redressal immediately!
