My name is Pradeep Kapoor, I'm president and CEO of DMR Architects since January of 2024. I look at DMR Architects as a very innovative, practical, functional architectural form throughout the state of New Jersey. We don't only design buildings, we solve problems. Amor is very diversified firm. We have done many different project types. We started out doing a lot of public work, schools, colleges. Universities, we also do healthcare projects or multiple hospitals and healthcare professionals in New Jersey, and we do multifamily housing. We do office buildings. So together we have a great deal of diversification and experience in almost every type of building. DMR is committed to designing the projects in a sustainable way, understanding the environment of the site and make sure that we are designing a building which is not only environmentally sustainable. But also has a good return on investment for client and also providing a comfortable, healthy environment for the people who are using the building. The community impact can be a driver in the success of a project. The involvement and input from the community where these buildings are going to be located and by who they're going to be occupied is a super important to the success of the building. Because you know, us as designers, our job is to listen. Our job is to come with creative ideas. To design and build it. I've been with the company for 23 1/2 years. I started here as an job captain, then became project manager and I started the sustainability department. Pradeep came to this country, established himself, became a leader in his field and is now a leader in the firm. Pradeep is doing excellent job on reading the vision and being the next president to be able to move the firm. Into the future, the opportunities DMR has provided me and a lot of other people here has been great. I can't thank Lloyd enough for providing that leadership and mentorship and creating that environment where all of us have flourished and reached the best version of ourselves.
